Clifford J. Horne is a tennis court construction and maintenance company conveniently based in the South West of England, offering you over 25 years of "hands on" practical experience to suit all your requirements.

My career started as a specialist sub-contractor, providing a tennis court surfacing service to the major tennis court contractors in the South East of England. From initially laying surfaces, my skills and experience soon allowed me to offer a complete construction service.

Identifying a niche in Cornwall and the South West, I set up my own Company in 1990, and continue to offer the same professional service, whilst also providing a more friendly and personalised approach, with more time for attention to detail.

Previous projects have covered numerous different styles of tennis courts and multi-sport areas for a wide client base, ranging from private individuals to local authorities.

I personally oversee every project undertaken and can still be seen working at our various sites to this day.
